Returns & Refunds Policy
PurrfectFiesta is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our returns and refunds policy outlines the processes and conditions under which returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Goods: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalized goods.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
Digital products or software downloads.
Gift cards.

3. Returns Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the designated returns address provided by our customer service team.

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
